This policy is provided in several languages for your convenience. The English version is the authoritative and legally governing text; if there is any discrepancy, the English version prevails.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (the "Website") operated by My Shop. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & pricing

We aim to describe products and prices accurately. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order (for example, if an item is unavailable or the delivery address is outside our serviceable area). Order confirmation will be sent to your registered contact details.

3. Payments

Online payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). Cash on delivery may be offered for eligible orders and areas. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.

4. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with availability and local conditions.

5. Returns & refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in an unauthorised way. Accounts and content are provided for genuine shopping and business use.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including the My Shop name, logo, text and images — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pataudi, Haryana.

10. Professional app subscriptions

Our professional apps — Vaastu (with Master Plan), Numerology, Astro and Health — are sold as a monthly subscription for each app, paid in advance. An app stays open until the last paid day. If the next month is not paid, the app locks completely and cannot be opened until it is paid again.

Course students get the app features included in the level of the course they bought, for as long as their enrolment is active. The full app comes with the full course level or a subscription.

The owner may, at any time and at the owner's sole discretion, give any customer a discount of any percentage (up to 100%) or free access for any number of days, and may change or end any such discount or free access at any time without giving any reason. A discount or free access is a goodwill benefit, not a right, and gives no claim to have it continued.

Paid months are not refunded for unused days, except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy (where it says otherwise).
