1. Nature of service — we are only a medium. This platform provides tools and a medium to help you organise and operate your business, or any other segment of your lifestyle (Health, Wealth, Relationship, Spirituality, courses, commerce, and related services). We offer this strictly as a service/facility. We do not run, own, guarantee, or take part in your business, decisions, or outcomes.
2. No liability for losses. In no case whatsoever shall the platform, its owner, or its operators be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or harm of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, financial, data, reputational, or otherwise — incurred by any individual, business creator, subscriber, member, customer, or any other person while using, or as a result of using, our service. You use the service entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you are solely responsible for your data, decisions, compliance, taxes, and dealings with your own customers/suppliers.
3. Charges. We charge only for hiring/using our service (subscriptions, plans, add-on modules, and applicable fees). Such charges are for access to the tools/medium only and are not a guarantee of any result.
4. Applies to everyone. These terms apply to all who use or subscribe to any of our services — business creators and every pillar/segment alike.
5. Conduct & accounts. Use the platform lawfully; do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access. Accounts are personal; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.
6. Registration by approval. Registration and continued access are granted strictly on approval and verification of the details you provide. We may decline, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion.
7. On-platform transactions & no circumvention. All sales made using the platform (including courses, digital goods, and services) must be transacted through the platform's checkout and payment system. Subscribers must not solicit, divert, or collect payment for platform-enabled offerings through any outside channel to avoid applicable platform fees or success-fees. Off-platform collection is a breach of these terms, is not covered by our payment-protection or payout guarantees, and may result in suspension, withholding of dues, or termination.
8. Changes. We may update features, pricing, and these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Judicial Court at Pataudi, Haily Mandi, Pataudi, Distt. Gurugram, Haryana, India – 122503.
